UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. 6.01 Duly authorized full-time Representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the Gas Bar locations for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees, and to ensure that the terms of the Agreement are being implemented.

UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS. 6.01 Duly authorized full-time Representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the Gas Bar locations for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees, and to ensure that the terms of the Agreement are being implemented. Such visit will be permitted after notifying the Gas Bar Operator or his/her designate and will not unduly interfere with the employee’s regular duties.
