Union Space Sample Clauses

Union Space. The employer shall allow the Union to use employer's facilities to hold private meetings while representing its members. Union may maintain a lockable filing cabinet in the security suite located at 000 X. Xxxx Xxxxxx. Union's use of the employer's space is for the limited purpose of performing functions necessary for Union representatives to perform their required duties pursuant Section 3.2 of this Article.

Union Space. The Union will vacate the office space it is occupying at the Hospital no later than June 30, 2020. Upon approval by the Senior Director of Labor Relations, the Union may request the use of onsite meeting rooms for xxxxxxx/delegate meetings, E-board meetings and general membership meetings through the Labor Relations Department.

Union Space. The Employer agrees to provide, at no cost to the Union, accessible storage space for one (1) filing and/or storage cabinet of the Union's choosing in a Fire Station specified by the Union, with the cabinet to be supplied by the Union.

Union Space. Access to a private room with a desk will be made available to the Union for the purpose of conducting union business. The Union understands that currently (May 2007) the room offered will be intermittently accessed by other staff as necessary.

Union Space. In each workspace where members are employed, the Employer shall provide the Union with a reasonable space to post Union business including, but not limited to, lists, notices, and information for members.

Union Space. The PLGU shall provide the PEUCV its own conducive office space with furniture and fixtures and free or subsidized use of utilities.

Union Space. The company will allow the Union to use existing meeting space in the plant when scheduled in advance and subject to approval by the company. The company will provide one locked file cabinet for union use.
