THE ROOM. The Room shall be used and occupied solely by the Resident(s) as a student dwelling. The Room includes only a bed (two beds in a double occupancy room, or three beds in a triple occupancy room), desk (two desks in a double occupancy room, or three desks in a triple occupancy room), chair (two chairs in a double occupancy room, or three chairs in a triple occupancy room), a refrigerator, and access to bathroom facilities. No other furniture may be moved into or installed in the Room including nails for hanging items on the walls. The Room is equipped for cable television service, high- speed internet and a phone line which the Residence Hall provides without additional cost. The Residence Hall has a 24-hour security officer and surveillance equipment. Other features included: gym and Laundry facilities and community kitchen. Depending upon the type of room Resident requests and subject to availability, Resident acknowledges and agrees that he or she may be assigned a double occupancy room or a triple occupancy room, in which case he or she will be required to share the Room with another resident(s) of the Residence Hall.
THE ROOM. 1.1. This Agreement grants you a non-exclusive licence to occupy a Room in the/a Residence for the Duration. No tenancy of any kind is intended to be created in respect of the Room and control of the Room remains with the University. 1.2. The Room will be used by You for residential purposes only. 1.3. A Room will be allocated prior to the commencement of the academic term, and this will be confirmed to you in writing. 1.4. You may, upon reasonable written notice (being not less than 24 hours, unless in an emergency where such notice may be immediate) be required to move on a temporary or permanent basis to a different Room. There is no right of appeal if you are required to move to a different Room. Reasons for such a move include but are not limited to: urgent maintenance, to facilitate an investigation, to ensure the wellbeing and comfort of other residents. 1.5. This Agreement is personal to You and you must not allow anyone else to take or share occupation of the Room. 1.6. This Agreement and the right to occupy the Room will end on the last day of the Duration.
THE ROOM. This Contract is for the use of an assigned space (the "Room") in a College Residence Hall or at another location made available by the College for student living accommodations. At the College’s discretion, the Room may be located on campus, at Arrow Vista apartments, at another off-campus housing, in a housing trailer or at another appropriate location. All references in this Contract to a “Residence Hall” shall also mean such alternate location. The Student is prohibited from transferring, assigning or subletting the Student’s right to use the Room or any other right and interest in this Contract to any other person.

Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)

  • Meters (a) You must allow safe and unhindered access to your premises for the purposes of reading and maintaining the meters (where relevant). (b) We will use our best endeavours to ensure that a meter reading is carried out as frequently as is needed to prepare your bills, consistently with the metering rules and in any event at least once every 12 months.
