UNION STORE CARDS Sample Clauses

UNION STORE CARDS. In consideration of the performance of the agreement herein contained, the Union agrees to furnish the Employer union store cards, the property of and issued by the Retail Clerks International Protective Association, for the period this contract shall be in full force and effect; provided, however, that the Employer agrees to surrender said union store cards so issued to him as aforesaid upon the expiration of this Agreement or upon the failure of the Employer to observe the conditions of this Agreement.
UNION STORE CARDS. In consideration of the performance of the covenants herein contained, the Union agrees to loan Union Store Cards to Employers entitled thereto under the rules governing Union Store Cards set forth in the Constitution of the Retail Clerks Intematioal Association. It is understood that such Union Store Cards are issued by and remain the property of the Retail Clerks International As­ sociation, and the Employers agree to surrender said Union Store Cards upon their failure to observe the terms of this Agreement or the conditions under which said Store Caxds are issued.
UNION STORE CARDS. The Union agrees to loan to the Employer Union Store Cards as needed, as long as this Agreement is not violated by either party.
UNION STORE CARDS. Section 155. The Union Store Card is the property of the UFCW and is loaned to the Employer for display. Said card may be removed from the store by the Union if the Employer refuses to comply with a final decision of an arbitrator reached under the provisions of this Agreement.
UNION STORE CARDS. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Union agrees to provide a Union Shop Card to the Employer and the Employer agrees to display said Union Shop Card in a conspicuous place in the store. The Union Shop Card may be withdrawn by the Union only if the Employer refuses to comply with a final decision of an Arbitrator determined in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, including the grievance and arbitration procedure.
UNION STORE CARDS. Section 158. The Union Shop Card is the property of the United Food and Commercial Workers, International Union, AFL-CIO, and is loaned to the Employers for display who sign and abide by this Agreement. The Shop Card may be removed from any market by the Chief Executive Office of Local No. 7 or his deputy for any violation of this Agreement.
UNION STORE CARDSIt is hereby agreed that each member of the Association may display the Union Store Card of the R.C.I.A. in his window, an­ nouncing that he conducts a Union Shop. The Union agrees to furnish such signs to the employer upon request, gratis. However, such members of the Association agree that said sign shall remain the property of the said R.C.I.A. and that the Union has the right to withdraw such sign at any time during a strike or any dispute between the parties herein mentioned.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Food and Beverages No Exhibitor shall sell or distribute food or beverages of any type without the express, written consent of Management and/or Center.

  • COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS Hirer can allocate up to 2% in number of the tickets for each performance or day of the Event as complimentary tickets.

  • Food and Beverage All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);

  • Gross Beta Flags A = Result acceptable, Bias <= +/- 50% with a statistically positive result at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty > 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, does not include zero). N = Result not acceptable, Bias > +/- 50% or the reported result is not statistically positive at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty <= 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, includes zero).

  • Cloud storage DSHS Confidential Information requires protections equal to or greater than those specified elsewhere within this exhibit. Cloud storage of Data is problematic as neither DSHS nor the Contractor has control of the environment in which the Data is stored. For this reason: (1) DSHS Data will not be stored in any consumer grade Cloud solution, unless all of the following conditions are met: (a) Contractor has written procedures in place governing use of the Cloud storage and Contractor attests in writing that all such procedures will be uniformly followed. (b) The Data will be Encrypted while within the Contractor network. (c) The Data will remain Encrypted during transmission to the Cloud. (d) The Data will remain Encrypted at all times while residing within the Cloud storage solution. (e) The Contractor will possess a decryption key for the Data, and the decryption key will be possessed only by the Contractor and/or DSHS. (f) The Data will not be downloaded to non-authorized systems, meaning systems that are not on either the DSHS or Contractor networks. (g) The Data will not be decrypted until downloaded onto a computer within the control of an Authorized User and within either the DSHS or Contractor’s network. (2) Data will not be stored on an Enterprise Cloud storage solution unless either: (a) The Cloud storage provider is treated as any other Sub-Contractor, and agrees in writing to all of the requirements within this exhibit; or, (b) The Cloud storage solution used is FedRAMP certified. (3) If the Data includes protected health information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Cloud provider must sign a Business Associate Agreement prior to Data being stored in their Cloud solution.

  • Athletics Coaching stipend compensation shall be as indicated in Appendix A.

  • Business Automobile Liability insurance with a combined Bodily Injury/Property Damage limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident. The policy shall cover liability arising from the operation of licensed vehicles by policyholder.

  • Merchandise Programs, T-shirts, souvenirs, posters, novelty items, clothing apparel, and recorded media will be sold in the Centre only by BCEC Management or representatives nominated by it, unless BCEC Management agrees in writing to waive this condition. BCEC Management will retain 18% (including GST) of gross merchandise sales. All revenue derived from the sale of motion pictures, still photography, television or radio recordings, or other similar rights, is to be subject to a seperate agreement between Hirer and BCEC Management. In addition to its responsibilities under clause 7.1, Xxxxx must: (a) ensure that all performances include an interval of not less than 20 minutes; (b) ensure that all advertising, promotion and publicity for the Event or performances in the Event includes the following details: (i) ticket prices, advertised as "$ (basic ticket price) plus normal fees"; (ii) the time of each performance in the Event; (iii) details of any supporting acts for the main performance in the Event; and (iv) ticket booking details including the name of any ticketing agent of BCEC Management and the box office telephone number of BCEC Management or its ticketing agent; and (c) ensure that any tickets are sold only by outlets nominated by BCEC Management at the agreed ticket prices.
