Common use of Unpaid Carer’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Carer’s Leave. (a) An Employee (including a casual Employee) is entitled to take up to two (2) days unpaid Carer’s Leave on each occasion an immediate family or household member requires care or support because of: (i) a personal illness or injury; or (ii) an unexpected emergency. (b) An Employee may be entitled to further unpaid Carer’s Leave upon agreement with the Employer.

Unpaid Carer’s Leave.
