Taking unpaid carer’s leave. An Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion if the leave is taken to provide care or support as referred to in clause 5.2.2.1
Taking unpaid carer’s leave. (a) An employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion if the leave is taken to provide care or support as referred to in clause 35.1.
(b) An employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion as:
(i) a single continuous period of up to 2 days; or
(ii) any separate periods to which the employee and his or her employer agree.
(c) An employee cannot take unpaid carer’s leave during a particular period if the employee could instead take paid personal/xxxxx’s leave.
Taking unpaid carer’s leave. An Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave as a single continuous period of up to 2 days; or any separate periods to which the Employee and the Employer agree. An Employee cannot take unpaid carer’s leave during a particular period if the Employee could instead take paid personal/carer’s leave. When taking unpaid personal/carer’s leave, the Employee must comply with the notice and evidence requirements set out in clause 6.3.4.
Taking unpaid carer’s leave. (a) An employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion if the leave is taken to provide care or support as referred to in clause 32.9 above.
(b) An employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion as:
(i) a single continuous period of up to two (2) days; or
(ii) any separate periods to which the employee and Healthscope agree.
(c) An employee cannot take unpaid carer’s leave if the employee has a paid personal/xxxxx’s leave accrual which they could take instead.
(d) An employee may elect, with Healthscope’s consent, to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime at a time or times agreed with Healthscope to provide care or support as referred to in clause 32.9 above.
Taking unpaid carer’s leave. 39.7.1 An Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave if the leave is taken to provide care or support as referred to in clause 38.6.
39.7.2 An Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion as a single continuous period; or any separate periods to which the Employee and the Employer agree.
39.7.3 An Employee cannot take unpaid carer’s leave during a particular period if the Employee could instead take paid personal/carer’s leave.
39.7.4 The notice and evidence requirements of clause 38.3 must be complied with.
Taking unpaid carer’s leave. (a) Subject to subclause 30.10(c), an Employee, including a casual Employee, may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion if the leave is taken to provide care or support as outlined in subclause 30.9.
(b) An Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion as:
(i) a single continuous period of up to two (2) days; or
(ii) any separate periods to which the Employee and their Employer agree.
(c) An Employee cannot take unpaid carer’s leave during a particular period if the Employee could instead take paid personal/carer’s leave.
(d) An Employee who wants to access unpaid carer’s leave, shall establish by production of a statutory declaration the illness, injury or emergency of the person concerned.
Taking unpaid carer’s leave. 7.2.7.1 An Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave if the leave is taken to provide care or support as referred to in sub-clause 7.2.2.
7.2.7.2 An Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion as a single continuous period of up to two (2) days; or any separate periods to which the Employee and the Employer agree.
7.2.7.3 An Employee cannot take unpaid carer’s leave during a particular period if the Employee could instead take paid personal/carer’s leave.
7.2.7.4 The notice and evidence requirements of sub- clause 7.2.3 must be complied with.
Taking unpaid carer’s leave. (a) An Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion if the leave is taken to provide care or support as referred to in section 102 of the Act and as permitted under this Agreement.
(b) An Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion as:
i. a single continuous period of up to two (2) days; or
ii. any separate periods to which the Employee and their Employer agree.
iii. An Employee cannot take unpaid carer’s leave during a particular period if the Employee could instead take paid personal/carer’s leave. Note: The notice and evidence requirements must be complied with.
Taking unpaid carer’s leave. (a) Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave if the leave is taken to provide care or support as referred to in clause 7.4.2(b).
(b) An Employee may take unpaid carer’s leave for a particular permissible occasion as a single continuous period of up to two (2) days; or any separate periods to which the Employee and the Employer agree.
(c) An Employee cannot take unpaid carer’s leave during a particular period if the Employee could instead take paid personal/carer’s leave.
(d) The notice and evidence requirements of clause 7.4.3 must be complied with.
