(a) Full time, permanent part time and regular casual employees as defined by the Fair Work Xxx 0000 (Cth) who are entitled to a further period of unpaid maternity leave of not more than 12 months after the actual date of birth. (b) Full time, permanent part time and regular casual employees as defined by the Fair Work Xxx 0000 (Cth) who are not eligible for paid maternity leave are entitled to unpaid monthly leave of not more than 12 months.
