Common use of Unpaid Medical Leave Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Medical Leave. When a Teacher exhausts all full and partial paid sick leave, and he/she is unable to return to work, he/she must submit a request for medical leave, or an extension of medical leave, for a specified period of time accompanied by a statement of verification from a physician, to the District Privacy Officer.
