Unscheduled School Closures. In the event that school is closed or delayed due to inclement weather or other emergency, employees who are not required to work will suffer no loss of pay for the first three (3) days or equivalent due to any delayed starts or cancellation. Any additional days may be paid at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. Those who are required to work during these emergency days will be paid at a straight time hourly rate for all time which would fall within their normally scheduled hours.
Unscheduled School Closures. 22.1 In the event Schools are closed due to inclement weather or other emergency, employees not required to report to work will suffer no loss of pay for that day.
22.2 Employees required to report to work due to inclement weather or other emergency will be paid at one and one-half (1.5) their regular rate of pay from their check-in.
