Common use of Unused Sick Leave at Termination Clause in Contracts

Unused Sick Leave at Termination. At retirement or termination, except termination for cause, employees immediately eligible to receive Employer pension benefits shall be paid for one half of their accumulated sick leave up to a maximum of 120 hours.
