UPKEEP. The student will be responsible for keeping the assigned room and its furnishings clean, for cooperating with other residents in the common protection of property, and for advising the hall staff of any deterioration or malfunction of facilities. Further, the student agrees to utilize public areas, residence hall equipment, and furnishings in a careful and proper manner. Health and Safety checks will be done throughout the year by Housing Staff and students must be compliant. Residents will be charged for excess cleaning costs.

UPKEEP. Tenant agrees, during the term of this Lease, to take good care of the Premises, its fixtures, appliances and equipment. Tenant agrees to keep the Premises, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, in a clean, aesthetically pleasing and sanitary condition. Tenant agrees to take appropriate precaution against the presence of insects, bugs and vermin (Landlord is not responsible for and this Lease will not be affected by the presence of insects, bugs and vermin but Landlord will arrange for treatment, if necessary, at Tenant’s cost). UPKEEP. The student will be responsible for keeping the assigned location and its furnishings clean, for cooperating with other residents in the common protection of property, and for advising the staff of any deterioration or malfunction of facilities. Failure or delay in notifying staff of malfunctions or facilities issues can result in cost for damages to the student. Further, the student agrees to utilize public areas, apartment and building equipment, and furnishings in a careful and proper manner. Health and Safety checks will be done throughout the year by Housing Staff and students must be compliant. Student will be charged for excess cleaning costs and damages.
UPKEEP. The resident is responsible for keeping their assigned room and its furnishings clean and orderly; for cooperating with roommate and suitemates in the common protection of property; and for advising the university, through established procedures, of any deterioration or malfunction of facilities. Failure to do so may result in the resident being assessed charges based on any special or required clean up, repair, replacement, disciplinary action, and/or contract termination. Further, the resident agrees to utilize public areas of the residence hall and residence hall equipment and furnishings in a careful and proper manner and to contribute to their cleanliness and orderliness.
UPKEEP. Vendor agrees to maintain their designated space in the Vendor Area in a kept state, clear of obstacles, boxes or trash. Vendor also agrees to not place their items in the space of the Hospitality Room.

Students shall not undertake any alteration of the premises. Students are responsible for all keys assigned to them and are not permitted to share or lend their keys with anyone. Any lost or stolen keys must be reported to the Residence Life Office. You are responsible for the replacement costs of all keys.
UPKEEP. Tenant will keep the interior and exterior of all buildings erected on the Premises in good, clean and sanitary condition, and shall make all repairs, ordinary as well as extraordinary, structural or otherwise, necessary to keep same in good condition, reasonable wear and tear and damage by fire or other unavoidable casualty only excepted, and at the termination of this Lease, by expiration of time or otherwise, will deliver the Premises and the improvements thereon to Landlord in good condition, reasonable wear and tear and damage by fire or other unavoidable casualties excepted.
