Usage of FMLA a. The Board in accordance with Federal Statute shall utilize the employee’s accrued sick leave simultaneous with granting an eligible FMLA leave. The staff member may request that all accrued paid vacation leave or personal leave be used to substitute for the family leave described in this section. In cases in which the District has employed both spouses, the total amount of family leave is twelve (12) weeks for the couple, except when the leave is due to the serious health condition of the other spouse.

  • COVERAGE OF AGREEMENT This Agreement will govern and control all Goods and Services provided by Seller to Buyer, now or in the future, regardless of whether performed pursuant to written Order(s) issued by Buyer, other written agreement(s) executed by the parties, and/or verbal request(s) issued by Buyer, and will remain in effect until either party provides the other with sixty (60) days’ advance written notice of termination.   • Language of the contract The language of the contract and of all written communications between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority and/or the Project Manager shall be English.

  • LANGUAGE OF BID The bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid shall be written in English. Supporting documents and printed literature that are part of the bid may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, such translation shall govern.

  • Convicted, Discriminatory, Antitrust Violator, and Suspended Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133, 287.134, and 287.137, F.S., the Contractor is hereby informed of the provisions of sections 287.133(2)(a), 287.134(2)(a), and 287.137(2)(a), F.S. For purposes of this Contract, a person or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under the Contract. The Contractor must notify the Department if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants have been placed on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List during the term of the Contract. In accordance with section 287.1351, F.S., a vendor placed on the Suspended Vendor List may not enter into or renew a contract to provide any goods or services to an agency after its placement on the Suspended Vendor List. A firm or individual placed on the Suspended Vendor List pursuant to section 287.1351, F.S., the Convicted Vendor List pursuant to section 287.133, F.S., the Antitrust Violator Vendor List pursuant to section 287.137, F.S., or the Discriminatory Vendor List pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., is immediately disqualified from Contract eligibility.
