Common use of Use of Alcohol and Drugs Clause in Contracts

Use of Alcohol and Drugs. Employees must not possess, sell, or use alcohol or illegal drugs, nor abuse prescribed controlled substances while on the job or on Township property. Employees must not work or report to work under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, nor under the influence of controlled substances except as provided in subparagraph 3 below. Employees must report to their supervisors when they are experiencing or may experience a reaction to a prescription or over-the-counter drug, which may affect their ability to do their job.
