Use of Audio-Visual Equipment. Audio-visual equipment may be used on campus for Faculty Association business by following District and/or college procedures for its reservation and care. Equipment will be made available when its use does not interfere with the educational program.

Use of Audio-Visual Equipment. There is a $50.00 fee for use of any AV equipment.
Use of Audio-Visual Equipment. The Association may use the facilities audio-visual and office equipment after obtaining approval from the building administrator. The Association agrees to use said equipment only when it is not otherwise in use and to assume all responsibility for damage to said equipment, including the cost of repair or replacement. The usage of such equipment shall not interfere with or interrupt normal building operations. All consumable materials are to be furnished by the Association. Inter-school Mail The Association shall have the right to use the inter-school mail delivery service and may insert materials into mailboxes of the members of the bargaining unit.
Use of Audio-Visual Equipment. 1. The applicant must request in advance the use of all Audio/Visual Equipment. This includes but is not limited to TVs, DVD players, and the Audio/Visual Equipment located in the building(s) and the auditorium(s).

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including duplicating equipment, calculating machines, computers and printers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.

  • Use of Equipment mechanical failure of the equipment; negligent design or manufacture of the equipment; the provision of or the failure by the Organization to provide any warnings, directions, instructions or guidance as to the use of the equipment; failure to use or operate the equipment within my own ability.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Use of Automobile The Corporation shall provide Employee with either the use of an automobile for business and personal use or a cash car allowance in accordance with the established company car policy of the Corporation. The Corporation shall pay all expenses of operating, maintaining and repairing the automobile provided by the Corporation and shall procure and maintain automobile liability insurance in respect thereof, with such coverage insuring each Employee for bodily injury and property damage. Reimbursement of automobile-related expenses shall be made as soon as practicable after the request for reimbursement is submitted, but in no event later than the last day of the calendar year next following the calendar year in which such expense was incurred. Additionally, neither the provision of in-kind benefits nor the reimbursement of expenses in any one calendar year shall affect the level or amount of in-kind benefits to be provided, or the expenses eligible for reimbursement, in any other calendar year. The Employee’s right to reimbursement or in-kind benefits under this Section 4.1 is not subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of Buildings and Equipment 21.4.1 The Association shall have the right to use District buildings, sites, and equipment during all reasonable hours for meetings and other Association activities.

  • Special Equipment The Employer agrees to provide specialty tools, emergency supplies/equipment, testing equipment and safety equipment as needed to perform required duties as determined and authorized by the Chief or designee. The emergency supplies/equipment will include appropriate survival provisions and equipment for each permanent Maintenance Mechanic 4 and the Law Enforcement Communications Systems Supervisor when they are performing duties that would require such provisions and equipment. When necessary, the employer will replenish used or expired survival provisions and damaged and unusable equipment. All supplies and equipment will be returned to the employer when the employee is no longer performing the duties that would require the survival provisions and/or equipment.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association will be allowed to use school facilities for meetings upon request to and approval of the Superintendent. The Association will be allowed to use school equipment, including typewriters, computers, mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay the cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.

  • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.
