Use of Bulletin Board Space. The Association shall be permitted to use bulletin board space on faculty bulletin boards in academic buildings on University campuses to post Association announcements and information. No material that is libelous, of a partisan political nature, or which is of a personally derogatory nature shall be posted by the Association. The University may remove any material that violates this provision and shall provide written notification to the President of the Association of such removal.

Use of Bulletin Board Space. The District will provide the Association with reasonable space on an employee bulletin board for use by the Association in communicating with its members.

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.
