Use of Client Information. 7.1 EISHK will keep information relating to the Securities Account confidential, but is authorized to conduct credit enquiries on the Client to verify the information provided and may provide any such information to (i) its auditors, legal advisers, brokers or dealers instructed by EISHK on behalf of the Client, (ii) the Exchange, (iii) any other Market in which Securities are traded for the Securities Account, (iv) the Hong Kong Regulators or any other regulatory authority to comply with their requirements or requests for information and (v) any of EISHK's Associate or any group company of EISHK. EISHK shall not be liable in any way to the Client for any disclosure made pursuant to this sub-clause.

Client herby gives permission to SSP to use samples or links to Client’s custom website designed by SSP for marketing and advertising purposes, including but not limited to, use in SSP’s online portfolio.

The names and addresses and other information concerning Clients are and shall remain the sole property of Morgan Stanley DW Inc. and neither Fund Party nor its Affiliates sxxxx xsx xxxx xxxes, addresses or other information for any purpose except in connection with the performance of Fund Party's duties and responsibilities hereunder and except for servicing and informational mailings related to the Funds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this paragraph shall not prohibit Fund Party or its affiliates from utilizing for any purpose the names, addresses or other information concerning Clients if such names, addresses or other information are obtained in any manner other than from Morgan Stanley DW Inc. pursuant to this Agreement.
