Use of Clubhouse. The Clubhouse shall be used by the Renter and his or her guests for the following purposes only:
a) The Renter must limit the size of any gathering to not more than 50 people. All minor children (under 18) must have one adult for every ten minors in attendance at all time.
b) All evening functions must be concluded by 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 12:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
c) Excessive noise and/or rowdy or unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
d) Visitors may park their cars in the parking area adjacent to the clubhouse in designated or clearly marked parking spaces.
e) Renter acknowledges that the Association is not providing any security officers to patrol the Clubhouse during the term stated in paragraph 2 above, and that neither the Association or its agents or employees have any responsibility for the security or safety of the Renter or his or her guests pursuant to this Usage Agreement.
f) No play structures, including bouncy houses, are allowed.
g) If music is played or DJ is present, proof of licensing must be submitted prior to rental date.
Use of Clubhouse. The Rental Party shall have exclusive use of the Clubhouse during the Rental Period, for the sole purpose of staging the event as described in the Rental Application. Only the clubhouse kitchen, main room, and restrooms (collectively, the “Clubhouse”) are reserved under this Agreement. The pools, grills, patio, play-area, and office area are not reserved under this Agreement and may be used by homeowners on a first-come, first-served basis. Unauthorized use of the areas other than the Clubhouse may result in forfeiture of some or all of the Deposit.

No alcoholic beverages may be served to or consumed by anyone in the Clubhouse or on the Association’s property during the term stated in paragraph 2 above
b) All evening functions must be concluded by 12:00 a.m. on Sunday through Saturday.
c) Excessive noise and/or rowdy or unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
d) Visitors may park their cars in the parking area adjacent to the clubhouse in designated or clearly marked parking spaces.
e) Owner acknowledges that the Association is not providing any security officers to patrol the Clubhouse during the term stated in paragraph 2 above, and that neither the Association or its agents or employees have any responsibility for the security or safety of the Owner or his or her guests pursuant to this Use Agreement.
Use of Clubhouse. The Clubhouse may be used only by residents of the Xxxxxx Reserve community in good-standing and current on all fees and assessments owing. The Clubhouse may be used only for private, non-commercial events which are sponsored and attended by the Resident at all times. Reservations for the Clubhouse are available on a first come, first served basis and may be made up to four (4) months in advance. Events at the Clubhouse are limited to between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and must have a maximum attendance of no more than seventy-five (75) people. Events conducted at the Clubhouse may not unreasonably disturb other residents in the community. For every ten (10) guests under the age of nineteen (19) years old attending, an adult over the age of twenty-five (25) years old must be present at all times during the Event. Reservation of the Clubhouse does not include the exclusive use of the pool, pool deck and related facilities; the pool and related facilities will remain open for use by other residents and guests not attending the Event. Nothing should be stuck to the walls or wallpaper in any portion of the Clubhouse, including tape, pins, push pins, etc. Confetti and candles or other flammable objects are not allowed in or around the Clubhouse. Parking for the Event is allowed only in designated parking locations; no guest parking is allowed on any grass areas or in areas that may disrupt traffic flow or access through the community by other residents. Any damage caused to the Clubhouse or any of the furniture, fixtures, equipment or appliances in the Clubhouse must be reported as soon as reasonably practical.
Use of Clubhouse. Owner accepts full responsibility for all actions of Owner and guests using the Clubhouse and agrees that the Clubhouse will not be used for any unlawful purpose. If beer, wine or liquor is served, Owner agrees to comply with all laws of the State of Kansas and the City of Overland Park, including, without limitation, that no alcohol be served to any person under 21 years of age. No controlled substances or drugs shall be used or permitted. Owner agrees not to block any entrances or exits.
Use of Clubhouse. 8 The Clubhouse shall be open and ready for the reception of members at 8.30am from Monday to Friday and Members will vacate the Club by 11.15pm allowing the Clubhouse to be locked by 11.30pm Last Orders in the Dining Room will be at 2.00pm for luncheon and 9.30pm for dinner. The Bar will cease serving drinks at 11.00pm. The General Committee or the Secretary may extend or, in exceptional circumstances, curtail these hours to take account of the needs of specific functions or events.
Use of Clubhouse. 1. No renter may make use of the clubhouse before 2:00 PM.
2. No tacks, scotch tape, etc. are to be used on the walls or windows. All decorations are to be removed by the renting Member.
3. No use of the clubhouse for religious, political or “for profit” meetings.
4. Kitchen facilities are for reheating food only, no cooking.
5. No use of the pool area or pool deck by any guests of the renter.

Use of Clubhouse. The Clubhouse shall be sued by the Owner and his or her guests for the following purposes only.
A) The owner must limit the size of any gathering to not more than 50 people. All minor children (under 18) must have one adult for every ten (10) minors in attendance at all times. If alcoholic beverages are served or consumed by Anyone in the Clubhouse you must have two law officers present. The fee for The Officers is the renter;s responsibility. Proof of Law Officers must be sent to the Association at least five (5) days before the scheduled event.
B) The Clubhouse is available from 8.00 am and evening functions must be concluded by 9.00pm
C) Excessive noise and or rowdy or unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
D) Visitors may park their cars in the parking area adjacent to he clubhouse in designated or clearly marked parking spaces.
E) Owner acknowledges that the Association is not providing any security officers to patrol the Clubhouse during the term sated in paragraph 2 and that neither the Association or its agents or employees have any responsibility for the security or safety of the Owner or his or her guests.
Use of Clubhouse. Prior to the issuance of the 30th building permit for the Project, the City and Ponderosa Homes II, Inc. shall have entered into an agreement (“Clubhouse Use Agreement”) for use of the Clubhouse by residents living in the Valley Trails residential neighborhood as identified in the Land Use Element of the City’s General Plan (“Valley Trails Residents”). The Clubhouse Use Agreement shall include, but not be limited to, the following provisions:
(i) Valley Trails Residents shall be allowed to use the Clubhouse at no charge for meetings a total of 12 times a year, but no more than once monthly for a period of 3 hours per meeting.
(ii) In order to use the Clubhouse, Valley Trails Residents shall be required to enter into a use agreement with the Homeowners’ Association, which shall be in a form as set forth in the Clubhouse Use Agreement, and shall include requirements for: use and occupancy of the facility; a cleaning/damage deposit; and a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance certificate naming the City and the Homeowners’ Association as additional insureds.
(iii) City shall not be responsible for scheduling the use of the Clubhouse or any damage to the Clubhouse that may occur as a result of the use of the Clubhouse by the Valley Trails Residents.
(iv) The Homeowners’ Association shall indemnify and hold the City harmless for any administrative, legal or equitable actions arising out of the use of the Clubhouse by the Valley Trails Residents.
