Use of Entrance Fee. Entrance Fees are available to Messiah Village for any corporate purpose and in any manner that is deemed appropriate by Messiah Village in its sole and absolute discretion. No portion of the Entrance Fee shall be held in trust for Resident.

Use of Entrance Fee. Without in any way qualifying the right of the Facility to terminate this Agreement, upon Resident’s application for financial assistance due to Resident’s lack of financial resources to pay the financial obligations under this Agreement, the CEO will review the matter with Resident, Resident Representative and/or Resident’s family, where applicable. The Facility shall charge any amounts owed by Resident against the amount otherwise available to Resident as a refund of the Entrance Fee, as applicable, under this Agreement. (See Exhibit A). The minimum refund to which Resident is entitled will be reduced by the amount of such charges; even to the extent Resident exhausts the entire refundable portion of the Entrance Fee.

  • Use of Buildings In addition to use and control of the Church and Parish buildings for the discharge of duties of the Xxxxxx'x office, as provided by Canon law, the Xxxxxx shall have the right to grant use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the parish, following guidelines approved by the Xxxxxx, Wardens and Vestry.

  • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of District Facilities 3.4.1 The Association, upon request to the School Director, may use District facilities for meetings and other Association business without cost where no additional cost is incurred by the District. If additional cost is incurred by the District, such cost will be borne by the Association.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES A. The Association may use City facilities, on prior approval, for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities can be made available, and to the extent that the use of a facility will not interfere with departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time.

  • Use of Space The COUNTY will provide the space located at: [insert Orange County Government Location] (the “Designated Space”) which shall be utilized by the AGENCY solely for the lawful purpose of providing the services. If no space is designated, this Article V does not apply.

  • Use of Common Areas Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right (in common with other tenants and all others to whom Landlord has granted or may grant such rights) to use the Common Areas for the purposes intended, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time. Tenant shall abide by such rules and regulations and shall use its best effort to cause others who use the Common Areas with Tenant's express or implied permission to abide by Landlord's rules and regulations. At any time, Landlord may close any Common Areas to perform any acts in the Common Areas as, in Landlord's judgment, are desirable to improve the Project. Tenant shall not interfere with the rights of Landlord, other tenants or any other person entitled to use the Common Areas.
