USE OF FACILITIES & GROUNDS. No animals or pets are allowed on the premises except for those assisting the legally handicapped. • No signs, posters or decorations may be used or placed on the SJASC grounds without proper consent from the SJASC. • Alcohol may not be brought onto SJASC premises at any time by any member of the group. • Smoking is prohibited in all buildings of SJASC. There is a designated outdoor smoking area on the campus. Smoking should be confined to this area only. Smoking is prohibited for students under the age of 18 as mandated by the laws of the state of Louisiana. • The student of the facilities agrees to leave all used facilities and equipment in a clean, orderly condition after use. • The grounds must be left free of litter. Any activities that may break or damage trees, shrubs or flowers should be avoided. • All equipment should be inspected by the student before use. Any problems should immediately be reported to the attention of SJASC. Equipment should not be used until it is repaired and SJASC considers it safe to use. • All damage to SJASC’s property must be reported immediately. All rooms, facilities, and/or landscaping/grounds will be inspected prior to departure and the student will be responsible for replacing or repairing damaged property.

USE OF FACILITIES & GROUNDS. Activity on the part of the Tour Group is to be confined to the following facilities: • Abbey Church and Monks' Refectory (included in guided tour), and Gift Shop. • Restrooms located in the Hospitality Center and near the Gift Shop. Alcohol may not be brought onto SJASC premises at any time by any member of the Tour Group. SJASC is a NON-SMOKING campus. PARKING: • All participant vehicles should be parked in the Abbey Church parking lot. • Buses may unload passengers in front of the church and then MUST park in the Abbey Church parking lot. NO VEHICLES SHOULD BE PARKED NEAR THE MONASTERY. GIFT SHOP: • Maximum number of guests permitted in the Abbey Gift Shop at one time is 20 people. • If your group has more than 20 people, your group must be divided accordingly. We appreciate your help in this matter. ABBEY APOSTOLATES (HONEY, SWEETS, SOAPS, BAKERY AND CASKETS): • Currently, SJASC does NOT allow tour options in these areas.
USE OF FACILITIES & GROUNDS. Student use of school grounds and facilities is limited to those times during which there is adequate supervision available by members of the school staff. In general the campus opens at 7:30 AM and closes at 5:00 PM. The school cannot be responsible for students who are dropped off early or picked up later. Parents are advised not to place their student in an at-risk situation outside these times.

  • Use of Facilities 35.1. In situations where a competitive LEC has the use of the facilities (i.e., Local Loop) to a specific customer premise, either through resale of local service or the lease of the Local Loop as an Unbundled Network Element, and Embarq receives a good faith request for service from a customer at the same premise or from another carrier with the appropriate customer authorization, the procedures below will apply.

  • Use of Facilities and Services Subject to the rules of the University and the terms of this Agreement, the UFF shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and all other services on the same basis as they are generally available to other university-related organizations which are defined as follows: University-Related Groups and Organizations. These groups and organizations may or may not receive budgetary support. Examples of such groups include student organizations, honor societies, fraternities, sororities, alumni associations, faculty committees, University Support Personnel Systems council, direct support organizations, the United Faculty of Florida, etc.

  • Use of Facility The Facility will be used for the purposes specified in the Recital.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Association will be allowed to use school facilities for meetings upon request to and approval of the Superintendent. The Association will be allowed to use school equipment, including typewriters, computers, mimeograph machines, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay the cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.

  • No Dedication of Facilities Any undertaking by one Party to the other Party under any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute the dedication of the system or any portion thereof by the Party to the public or to the other Party, and it is understood and agreed that any such undertaking under any provision of this Agreement by a Party shall cease upon the termination of its obligations hereunder.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES The Association shall be permitted to use City facilities with prior Management approval for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities are available to other organizations and individuals, and to the extent that such use of the facility will not interfere with normal departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time unless other arrangements are made with management. If the use of a facility normally requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, the Association will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) or facility.

  • Provision of Facilities 8.10 The Board shall provide the Association with two adjacent serviced wheelchair accessible offices, free of charge, and the use of the internal University postal service.

  • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.
