Use of Holiday. Time When holiday time is used, it shall be deducted from the member’s credit on the basis of one (1) hour for every one (1) hour of absence from previously scheduled work. The use and scheduling of holiday time shall be conducted in the same manner as provided in Article 18 for the scheduling of vacation time.
