Use of Personal Data in Direct Marketing. We may use the Personal Data provided by you in direct marketing and we require consent (or an indication of no objection) from the Data Subject for that purpose. In this connection, please note that: • the name, contact details, products and other service information, transaction pattern and behavior, financial background and demographic data of the Data Subjects held by us from time to time may be used by us in direct marketing: • the following classes of services, products and subjects may be marketed: o financial, insurance, credit card, banking and related services and products; o reward, loyalty, co-branding or privileges programmes and related services and products; o services and products offered by our co-branding partners (the names of such co- branding partners will be provided during the application for the relevant services and products, as the case may be); and o donations and contributions for charitable and/or non-profit making purposes; • the above services, products and subjects may be provided by us or (in the case of donations and contributions) solicited by us and/or any of the following: o any branch, subsidiary, holding company, associated company, affiliate or related entity of Airwallex; o third party financial institutions, insurers, credit card companies, securities and investment services providers; o third party reward, loyalty, co-branding or privileges programme providers; o co-branding partners of Airwallex or any branch, subsidiary, holding company, associated company, affiliate or related entity of Airwallex (the names of such co- branding partners will be provided during the application of the relevant services and products, as the case may be); and o charitable or non-profit making organisations. If you (or any persons for whom you provide the Personal Data to us) do not wish us to use or provide to other persons his or her Personal Data for use in direct marketing as described above, you and such persons for whom you provide the Personal Data to us (as the case may be) may exercise the right to opt-out by notifying us.

GTJAS intends to use, from time to time, Client’s personal data in direct marketing of financial products and services, including but not limited to securities, futures, fixed income, currencies, commodities, wealth management, asset management, equity financing, equity derivatives, insurance, and other financial products and services. Only the following kinds of personal data of the Client may be used in such direct marketing:
(i) name;
(ii) gender;
(iii) date of birth;
(iv) part of identity card or passport number;
(v) contact information (including but not limited to phone number, fax number, email address, correspondence address and residential address);
(vi) information about the products and/or services the Client has purchased or applied for. GTJAS may not so use the data unless it has received the Client’s consent to the intended use.
Use of Personal Data in Direct Marketing. WLSL intends to use the personal data it holds in direct marketing.

USL intends to use, from time to time, Client’s personal data in direct marketing of financial products and services, including but not limited to securities, futures, fixed income, currencies, commodities, wealth management, asset management, equity financing, equity derivatives, insurance, and other financial products and services. Only the following kinds of personal data of the Client may be used in such direct marketing:
(i) name;
(ii) gender;
(iii) date of birth;
(iv) part of identity card or passport number;
(v) contact information (including but not limited to phone number, fax number, email address, correspondence address and residential address);
(vi) information about the products and/or services the Client has purchased or applied for. USL may not so use the data unless it has received the Client’s consent to the intended use. The Clients can always request USL not to receive direct marketing materials or related information in written form.
Use of Personal Data in Direct Marketing. Manulife intends to use, from time to time, customer’s personal data in direct marketing of the following products and services:
Use of Personal Data in Direct Marketing. Wintone intends to use your personal data in direct marketing and Wintone requires the Client’s consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose. In this connection, please note that:
5.1 The name, age group, contact details (including phone number, residential/mailing address and email address), products and services portfolio information, transaction pattern and behavior, financial background and demographic data of a Client held by Wintone from time to time may be used by Wintone in direct marketing;
5.2 The following classes of services, products and subjects may be marketed:
(a) financial, insurance, securities, investment related services and products as well as any associated promotional offers;
(b) reward, loyalty or privileges programmes and related services and products;
(c) services and products offered by Wintone’s co-branding partners (the names of such co-branding partners can be found in the application form(s) for the relevant services and products, as the case may be); and
(d) donations and contributions for charitable and/or non-profit making purposes;
5.3 The above services, products and subjects may be provided or (in the case of donation and contributions) solicited by Wintone and/or:
(a) Wintone and/or Wintone Group;
(b) third party financial institution, securities and investment services providers;
(c) third party reward, loyalty, co-branding or privileges programme providers;
(d) co-branding partners services and products, as the case may be); and
(e) charitable or non-profit making organizations;
5.4 in addition to the marketing the above services, products and subjects itself, Wintone also intends to provide the data described in clause 5.1 above to all or any of the persons described in paragraph 5.3 above for use by them in marketing those services, products and subjects and Wintone requires the Client’s written consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose;
5.5 If a Client does not wish Wintone to use or provide to other persons his/her data for use in direct marketing as described above, the Client may exercise his/her opt-out right by notifying the Data Protection Officer of Wintone in writing to the address provided below.

GTJAF intends to use, from time to time, Client’s personal data in direct marketing of financial products and services, including but not limited to securities, futures, fixed income, currencies, commodities, wealth management, asset management, equity financing, equity derivatives, insurance, and other financial products and services. Only the following kinds of personal data of the Client may be used in such direct marketing:
(i) name;
(ii) gender;
(iii) date of birth;
(iv) part of identity card or passport number;
(v) contact information (including but not limited to phone number, fax number, email address, correspondence address and residential address);
(vi) information about the products and/or services the Client has purchased or applied for. GTJAF may not so use the data unless it has received the Client’s consent to the intended use. The Client can contact GTJAF any time in accordance with Clause 22.12 to withdraw consent if the Client no longer wants GTJAF to use the personal data of the Client for direct marketing. Such withdrawal of consent for using personal data in direct marketing shall not affect the Client's consent given to GTJAF for using personal data for other purposes as provided in this Clause 22.

Use of Personal Data in Direct Marketing. The Broker intends to use personal data of the Client in direct marketing and may not so use the data unless it has received the Client's consent (which includes an indication of no objection) to the intended use. Please note that:
(a) the name, contact details (telephone number, fax number, email address and address), products and services portfolio information, transaction pattern and behaviour, financial background and demographic data which are held by the Broker from time to time may be used in direct marketing;
(b) the following classes of services, products and subjects may be marketed:
(i) securities, futures, investment, financial, credit and related services and products; and
(ii) reward, incentive or promotional programs and related services and products;
(c) the above services, products and subjects may be provided by the Broker or Broker Group Companies; and
(d) in addition to marketing the above services, products and subjects by itself, the Broker also intends to provide the data described in paragraph (8)(a) above to Broker Group Companies for use by them in marketing those services, products and subjects, and the Broker may not so provide the data unless it has received Client’s (being an individual) written consent (which includes an indication of no objection) to the intended provision.
Use of Personal Data in Direct Marketing. In addition to Clause 19.4, uSMART SG intends to use, from time to time, Client’s Personal Data in direct marketing of Capital Markets Products and services, including but not limited to securities, futures, fixed income, currencies, Commodities, wealth management, asset management, equity financing, equity derivatives, insurance, and other Capital Markets Products and services. Only the following kinds of Personal Data of the Client may be used in such direct marketing:
19.7.1 name;
19.7.2 gender;
19.7.3 date of birth;
19.7.4 part of identity card or passport number;
19.7.5 contact information (including but not limited to phone number, fax number, email address, correspondence address and residential address);
19.7.6 information about the products and/or services the Client has purchased or applied for. uSMART SG may not so use the data unless it has received the Client’s consent to the intended use. The Client can always request uSMART SG not to receive direct marketing materials or related information in written form.
