Use of School Building. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings, subject to the approval of the Chief School Administrator as to time and place. The Chief School Administrator shall be notified sufficiently in advance of such meeting so that modification of requests will not result in hardship.
