Use of Students i. EMPLOYER and AGMA acknowledge the long-standing past practice of the use of San Francisco Ballet School students in Company performance roles as a part of their curriculum and training. EMPLOYER agrees to notify AGMA prior to the commencement of each season as to which roles it anticipates will utilize students during the season. List of roles performed by students is subject to change. EMPLOYER agrees to notify AGMA of such changes. ii. The long standing past practice of use of San Francisco Ballet School students includes using students in minor corps de ballet roles in productions as a means to provide them with an opportunity to enhance their artistic ability and experience as part of their curriculum and training. iii. EMPLOYER has every intention of using San Francisco Ballet School students only after all Corps de Ballet dancers including Apprentices have been assigned a dancing role in that ballet unless due to unforeseen special circumstances. On rare occasions EMPLOYER may need to use San Francisco Ballet School students prior to assigning roles to other Corps de Ballet dancers in a ballet, (for example, due to height, illness, injury, etc.). iv. When EMPLOYER uses students in Corps de Ballet roles, EMPLOYER will work with the school to ensure that such students are scheduled to be present for all rehearsals for such roles to the extent possible. v. None of the above shall interfere with EMPLOYER’s use of students in Student Roles (roles specifically choreographed for a student group) and children in Child Roles.

Use of Students. 6-8.01 No pupil shall be sent on any errand during school hours without the consent of the principal.
Use of Students. Students may be used all year. (A student is someone generally enrolled in a full time study plan). This should not be a permanent position for any one employee. Students shall be paid eight dollars and eighty-three cents ($8.83) per hour and will accumulate no seniority. They shall also be exempt for coverage under the Medical – Insurance – Dental – Pension provisions of this Agreement.
Use of Students pictures The student, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, hereby grants to Consortium, its legal representatives, assignees, and those acting under its authority, the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and/or use, and/or publish photographic portraits or pictures of the Student, and the negatives, transparencies, prints, or digital information pertaining to them, in still, single, multiple, moving or video format, or in which Student may be included in whole or in part, or composite, or distorted in form, or reproductions thereof, in colour or otherwise, in any media for advertising or any other lawful purpose.

Related to Use of Students

  • Use of Site 4.13.1 The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, including areas designated for operations or prohibited from operations by any applicable permit and or regulation, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment.

  • Use of Data by User Registry Operator will permit user to use the zone file for lawful purposes; provided that (a) user takes all reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access to and use and disclosure of the data and (b) under no circumstances will Registry Operator be required or permitted to allow user to use the data to, (i) allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission by email, telephone, or facsimile of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations to entities other than user’s own existing customers, or (ii) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that send queries or data to the systems of Registry Operator or any ICANN-­‐accredited registrar.

  • Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors. Copying or reproducing the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is permitted by a license agreement accompanying such Software. You may not create derivative works of the Software, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Software unless otherwise permitted by law. Use of the Software is subject to the license terms of any license agreement that may accompany or is provided with the Software. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN SUCH LICENSE AGREEMENT, RED HAT, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATE COMPANIES, AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
