These spaces must be mutually approved and not deemed dangerous by the AGMA Delegate(s) and EMPLOYER representative. b. EMPLOYER will make best efforts to maintain the temperature at 68° and no ARTIST shall be required to rehearse or perform when the temperature drops below 65 degrees (Fahrenheit) or exceeds 90 degrees (Fahrenheit) in the place of rehearsal or performance, or below 18.3 Celsius or above 32.2

(b) EMPLOYER will make best efforts to maintain the temperature at sixty-eight degrees Fahrenheit (68°F), and no ARTIST shall be required to rehearse or perform when the temperature drops below sixty-five degrees Fahrenheit (65°F) or exceeds ninety degrees Fahrenheit (90°F) in the place of rehearsal or performance, or below 18.3 degrees Celsius or above 32.2 degrees
PERFORMANCE AND REHEARSAL CONDITIONS. For all Off Site Cultivation Events the ARTISTS’ representatives and The ATLANTA BALLET’S designated administrators will determine on a case-by-case basis, whether or not the performance circumstances are suitable and safe.

Prior to the commencement of rehearsals and performances, all stage and rehearsal spaces must be inspected by the Stage Manager. These spaces must be approved and not deemed dangerous by the Stage Manager. Subsequently, all complaints received by The ATLANTA BALLET and/or AGMA shall be investigated and mutually resolved by The ATLANTA BALLET and AGMA. b. At all times temperature in rehearsal hall, studio, performance hall and dressing rooms shall not be less than sixty-eight (68) degrees Fahrenheit or exceed ninety (90) degrees Fahrenheit. This required temperature shall be achieved no less than fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled activity, and no ARTIST shall be required to render services when the aforementioned temperature ranges are not met. This guideline shall apply to changing rooms, fitting rooms, photography studios and all other locations in which the ARTIST must work and/or render services. In the event the temperature exceeds ninety (90) degrees in an outdoor venue, the performance will not take place without consent of the ARTISTS. If the temperature is eighty-five (85) degrees or above, The ATLANTA BALLET will provide water, "Power Ade" or like drink and install fans in the wings and dressing rooms. c. The EMPLOYER shall ensure that all working facilities, performance and rehearsal spaces are free from known toxic or hazardous residue or contaminants that arerecognized as health or safety hazards, including to the extent practical (mold and dust). The EMPLOYER shall not introduce or permit the introduction of any substance or a higher concentration of any substance than permitted by applicable state and federal statutes and regulations and should comply with all applicable mandated procedures withrespect to toxic and hazardous substances. The EMPLOYER shall also replace all air filters as per regulations detailed on and with filter to maintain cleaner Facility conditions. d. The ATLANTA BALLET agrees to compile a listing of doctors (suitable for treating the types of strain-injury usually sustained by dancers) in each city and town in which the company is scheduled to perform. The list of the doctors' names shall be listed on the tour schedule plus all other necessary information (i.e., banks). e. Crossovers must be sufficiently lighted and uncluttered so as to prevent accidents and facilitate quick crossovers.

These spaces must be mutually approved and not deemed dangerous by the AGMA Delegate or EMPLOYER representative. (b) The EMPLOYER agrees to make third (3rd) floor dressing spaces available if first (1st) and second (2nd) floor dressing facilities are crowded. (c) The EMPLOYER agrees to compile a listing of doctors (suitable for treating the types of strain-injury usually sustained by dancers) in each city and town in which the company is scheduled to perform. The list of the doctors’ names shall be listed on the tour schedule plus all other necessary information such as banks, etc. (d) If AGMA receives complaints that the home theaters have not met the health and safety standards set forth in the Basic Agreement, the EMPLOYER will give evidence to AGMA in writing that steps have been taken to eliminate the theater’s inadequacies. (e) Crossovers must be sufficiently lighted and uncluttered so as to prevent accidents and facilitate quick crossovers.

If AGMA receives complaints that the theater has not met reasonable health and safety standards, the EMPLOYER will give evidence to AGMA in writing that steps have been taken to eliminate the inadequacies. D. Crossovers must be sufficiently lighted and uncluttered so as to prevent accidents and facilitate quick crossovers.

A stage which is not slippery prior to any rehearsal or performance. b. Artists will not be required to rehearse or perform when the temperature drops below 70° (Fahrenheit) or exceeds 90° (Fahrenheit) in the Xxxxxxx Center for the Performing Arts. In all other facilities, Artists will not be required to rehearse or perform when the temperature drops below 65° (Fahrenheit) or exceeds 90° (Fahrenheit); the Employer will make every best effort to maintain temperature at 68° (Fahrenheit) or above in such facilities. The temperature in all dressing room facilities in the Xxxxxxx Center or any other theater shall be maintained at no less than 70° (Fahrenheit) or more than 90° (Fahrenheit). If a problem with the temperatures noted immediately above is raised and is not resolved within forty-eight (48) hours, the Employer will reimburse the cost of heaters up to $20 per heater for the purchase of space heaters, limited to one per dressing room on the stage level and two per dressing room on any other level per season. If such heaters are purchased, the maintenance and transportation of said heaters during the season shall be the responsibility of the Artists. In addition, the Employer will make every best effort to maintain the temperature between 65° (Fahrenheit) and 90° (Fahrenheit) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00
