In order to protect yourself against fraud, you should adhere to the following guidelines: • Do not give out your account information, Password, or Username; • Do not leave your PC unattended while you are in the Credit Union's Online Banking Site; • Do not leave your device unattended or accessible to another person; • Never leave your account information within range of others; and • Do not send privileged account information (account number, Password, etc.) in any public or general e-mail system. If you believe your Password has been lost or stolen, please use the Password change feature within the Security section of Online Banking to change your Password.

Telephoning the Credit Union is the best way of minimizing your losses and liability. If you need to change your password use the password change feature within the Online Checking section of the website.

We go to great lengths to protect confidentiality and the security of your account, and urge you to do the same. You agree not to allow anyone to gain access to the System or to let anyone know your Access ID or Password. While we continue to provide our customers with the level of online security we believe necessary and appropriate, customers who share their Access IDs and Passwords are giving up the full benefit of our security measures and legal protections to which they may be entitled. No representative of ours will ever call or e-mail and ask for your Access ID or Password; however, if you contact us you may be asked for your Access ID and other personal information to verify your identity. If your Password has been lost or stolen, call us immediately at 000-000-0000 (844-371-EARN) – telephoning us is the best way of minimizing your losses – do not use email to notify us. You may also restore the security of your account Services by immediately changing your Password. If you believe your Password has been lost or stolen and you notify us within two Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft, you can lose no more than $50.00 if someone uses your Password to conduct unauthorized electronic funds transfers without your permission. If you do NOT notify us within two Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Password, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your Password to conduct unauthorized electronic funds transfers without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.00.
