Where the Commission Employer decides to fill a bargaining unit vacancy, it will be posted in accordance with this article unless otherwise specifically agreed to by the Union: (a) Vacancies for regular full-time or regular part-time positions within the bargaining unit, shall be posted for 10 calendar days prior to the closing date.
