Common use of Vacation Accrual and Use Clause in Contracts

Vacation Accrual and Use. ‌ All vacation time shall be earned monthly. Vacation leave may not be used during the pendency of a Worker's Compensation claim. If a Worker's Compensation claim is approved, employees will have a maximum of one (1) year from the date of return to work following the approved leave to utilize vacation days that were earned while on Worker's Compensation leave.
