Common use of Vacation Accumulations Clause in Contracts

Vacation Accumulations. An employee will be eligible for the following paid vacation time: annual leave shall be provided for vacation on the basis of four (4) hours per month for the first year. After completing one (1) year of service, an employee shall be allowed vacation computed at the rate of eight (8) hours per month. After completing five (5) years of service, an employee shall be allowed vacation computed at the rate of twelve (12) hours per month. After completing ten (10) years of service, an employee shall receive sixteen (16) hours additional vacation per year computed at the rate of thirteen and 1/3 (13-1/3) hours per month.
