VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAYS. 1. Statutory holidays and vacation with Pay payment shall be ten per cent (10%) of gross earnings; six per cent (6%) of gross earning in lieu of Statutory holidays and time lost due to inclement weather and illness; four per cent (4%) of gross earnings as vacation with pay. 2. Each Employee shall receive the above payment with weekly pay. 3. vacation with pay to be taxed and shown on cheque stubs.
