Statutory Holidays and Vacation with Pay payment shall be ten per cent (10%) of gross earnings; six per cent (6%) of gross earning in lieu of Statutory Holidays and time lost due to inclement weather and illness; four per cent (4%) of gross earnings as Vacation with pay.
