Vacation Conversion Temporary to Permanent. When a temporary employee attains permanent status their length of service for vacation entitlement purposes shall be established by adding together the total number of pay periods employed with the Foundation as a temporary employee and dividing by 26.
1. The result thus obtained shall constitute the years of service and these, added to subsequent years of service, shall constitute the years of service for vacation entitlement purposes.
