Vacation Credit Accrual. 7.2.3.1 Full-time Regular Instructors Full-time regular instructors shall accrue vacation credit within a fiscal year at the rate of 3 and 2/3* days (44* vacation days divided by 12) per month of assigned duty, including professional development, vacation and paid leaves. Payment for vacation days accrued shall be adjusted to reflect the time status at which the days were accrued throughout the fiscal year. *Note: 3 and 2/3 days = 18.33 hours 44 days = 220 hours
