Vacation Credit During Leave of Absence. When an employee is given leave of absence without pay for any reason, or is laid off due to lack of work, for a cumulative period of four (4) weeks or greater during a calendar year, he/she shall not receive vacation credit for the period of such absence, but shall retain his/her cumulative credit.
