Vacation Entitlement Increases with Service. Annual vacation entitlement shall be based on BC New Democrat Caucus, CA, and Ministerial service: 1 to 2 years' service 20 working days 3 to 5 years' service 25 working days 6 to 10 years' service 25 working days + an additional day for every year service above 5 11 to 19 years' service 30 working days + an additional day for every 2 years' service above 10 20 + years' service 35 working days Prior service entitlements resulting from MLA, New Democrat Caucus and Ministerial Service in BC shall be limited to one day per year of previous service to a maximum of three days.
