Vacation Leave on Retirement. Employees leaving on Superannuation, or upon leaving at reaching maximum retirement age, are entitled to full vacation in the year they leave.

Vacation Leave on Retirement. Employees leaving on Superannuationsuperannuation, or upon leaving at reaching maximum retirement age, are entitled to vacation as follows:
(a) if retiring prior to April 1st, they receive one-half of the annual vacation;
(b) if retiring April 1st or later, they receive the full vacation in the year they leaveannual vacation.
