Vacation Pay Upon Separation. When an employee in the bargaining unit is 4 separated for any reason, he/she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up 5 to and including the effective date of separation. Upon separation from employment vacation time 6 accrued and not used shall be paid at the regular salary rate of the employee.
