Vacation Pay Upon Separation. A member who concludes employment with the City in good standing shall be entitled to compensation at his current rate of pay for all accrued and unused vacation leave to his credit at the time of retirement. Should a member die while in paid status, any accrued but unused vacation leave shall be paid in lump sum to the member’s surviving spouse or otherwise to the estate of the deceased.
