Vacation Pay Upon Termination. (a) An Employee leaving the service of the Employer at any time before the Employee has exhausted the vacation credit to which she is entitled, shall receive a proportionate payment of salary in lieu of such earned vacation. (b) In the event that an Employee leaving the service of the Employer owes the Employer monies as outlined in Article 17.05, the Employer shall deduct the total amount of money owed by the Employee from the payment of salary in lieu of such earned vacation.
