Vacation Pay Upon Termination. When an employee who has been employed for more than six (6) months is terminated for any reason, he/she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up to and including the effective date of the termination. The district shall have the right to recover any vacation taken in advance of accrual from the employee's final salary warrant.
