Common use of Vacation Pay Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Vacation Pay Upon Termination. In the event that an employee’s employment is terminated during the course of a working year in respect of which they have not received an annual vacation, they shall receive the accrued but unpaid vacation at appropriate percentage of their gross pay earned during the portion of the year that they have worked in accordance with the provisions of Article 8.01 above.
