(a) Payment for vacations will be made at an employee's ’s basic pay daytime rate of pay, except if an employee has been working in a higher paid position than the employee's his/her regular position for a majority of the his/her regularly scheduled hours in the 60 sixty (60) work days two (2) months preceding the his/her vacation, in which case the employee he/she shall receive the higher rate.

Vacation Pay. ‌ Payment for vacations will be made at an employee's basic regular rate of pay, except if an employee has been working in a higher paid position than the employee's regular position for a majority of the regularly scheduled work hours in the 60 work working days preceding the vacation, employee's vacation in which case the employee shall receive the higher rate.
