Vacation Period Defined. The vacation period shall be by calendar year. During this time all vacation accrued must be taken. After 8.2.1.2 is completed vacation may be taken in increments of ½ Shift or full Shift as agreed upon between the employee and the Chief or designee where such arrangement would not be detrimental to the maintenance of service. Partial increments of benefit time may be used by Investigators and those in Specialty assignments with prior supervisor approval.
Vacation Period Defined. The vacation period shall be the twelve (12) month period commencing on May 1st and ending on the following April 30th.
