Vacation Relief. (a) Where vacation relief is required the Employer shall give employees the opportunity to substitute and shall make every reasonable effort to arrange for staff replacement in the lowest paying category. (b) Vacation schedules, once approved by the Employer, shall not be changed, other than in cases of emergency, except by mutual agreement between the employee and the Employer.
