Vacation Salary. ‌ 1609 The salary at which vacation is paid shall be the unit member’s current salary rate. A unit 1610 member whose vacation time is earned and begun under a given status shall suffer no loss 1611 of earned vacation by reason of subsequent changes in conditions of employment.

Vacation Salary. Regular Full-Time or Regular Part-Time Employees Regular full-time or regular part-time employees leaving on vacation shall receive their vacation salary prior to the start of their vacation if they make a request to the Employer not less than ten (10) working days in advance of the start of the vacation.

  • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay to Executive a base salary (“Base Salary”) of $250,000 per year, payable in accordance with the payroll policies from time to time in effect at the Company. Executive’s Base Salary may be subject to increase (but shall not be subject to decrease) on an annual basis as the Board of Directors of the Company or any committee thereof (the “Board of Directors”) shall determine.

  • Accrued Vacation It is further agreed by the parties hereto that, upon sale or transfer of ownership of any store or upon dissolution of business, vacation pay for all months worked for which no vacation pay has been given shall be immediately paid to all employees coming under this Agreement, regardless of length of time said employee has been with the Employer.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.
