VACATIONS AND VACATION PAY. 12.01 Employees shall be entitled to an amount equal to six percent (6%) of the gross earnings of the employee in vacation pay. 12.02 Vacation pay shall be paid to employees on each pay cheque. 12.03 Employees shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of unpaid vacation time per year.
