Vacations Non-Accumulative. (a) An employee may carry over up to five days’ vacation leave per vacation year except that such vacation carryover shall not exceed 10 days at any time. All vacation time not requested for scheduling or carryover by three months prior to the end of the vacation year will be scheduled by the Employer following consultation with the employee.
