Valet Service. The Applicant shall ensure that its valet service associated with the restaurant businesses, or event spaces used in conjunction with alcohol service, does not have negative impacts such as traffic congestion, honking of horns, illegal turning maneuvers, or unsafe driving practices by valet drivers on neighborhood streets, particularly Euclid Street NW, Champlain Street NW, and Columbia Road NW.

Valet Service. We will bring your cans out for you. All cans must be in view, accessible and within 50 feet from the curbside. Only A.O.K. rental cans are permitted for valet service; your cans will be left at the curbside. Yard debris, Cardboard, or additional bags outside the container, are not included in the valet service.
Valet Service. Contractor shall provide on-premises Valet Service to Customers if all adults residing at the Premises have disabilities that prevent them from setting their Carts at the curb for Collection, and if a request for Valet Service has been made to, and approved by, the City Manager in a manner required by City. The City Manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of any Premises requiring Valet Service along with the date such service is to begin. No additional monies shall be due to the Contractor for the provision of required Valet Service. For Customers who elect to have Valet Service, but do not require it, Contractor shall provide Valet Service as a premium service. For these Customers with Valet Service, Contractor shall charge the rate for Valet Service in Exhibit A.

Valet Service. For residents who do not qualify for the District’s free ADA roll-out service and cannot provide a physician’s note, who wish to have their carts rolled-out and serviced may request valet service directly with XXXXXX. Hauler will remove Solid Waste containers from resident’s storage area for collection and return emptied containers to resident’s storage area after collection, ensuring all doors or gates are closed securely. The fee will be of forty dollars ($40) a month to service up to three carts on their trash days. Billing for valet service shall be by XXXXXX or independent bonded billing service, with all proceeds thereof shall be the property of XXXXXX.
Valet Service. Tenant shall have the right to administer a parking valet service on all parking lots at Tenant’s sole cost and expense; provided, however, the valet service shall not materially affect the quiet enjoyment of other tenants in the business park.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement.   • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions.   • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers.   • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE.   • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.
