- VALIDITY OF ARTICLES. A. If any Articles of this Agreement or of any supplement hereto should be held invalid by operation of law or by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or if compliance with or enforcement of any Article should be restrained by such tribunal pending a final determination as to its validity, the remainder of this Agreement or of any supplement thereto, or the application of such Article to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it has been held invalid, or as to which compliance with or enforcement of has been restrained, shall not be affected thereby.
- VALIDITY OF ARTICLES a) If any Articles or Sections of this contract, or of any supplement hereto, should be held invalid by operation of law, or by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or if compliance with or enforcement of any Article or Section should be restrained by such tribunal, pending a final determination as to its validity, the remainder of this contract, and of any supplement thereto, or the application of such Article or Section to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it has been held invalid, or as to which compliance with or enforcement of has been restrained, shall not be affected thereby.

This Agreement shall not take from the employees any privileges they enjoyed at the signing of this contract, except such as were specifically dealt with in negotiating this Agreement.
- VALIDITY OF ARTICLES. If any article or section of this Agreement should be in- validated by operation of law, or held to be invalid by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or if complied with or enforcement of any article or section should be re- strained by such tribunal pending a final determination as to its validity, the remainder of the agreement or cir- cumstances other than those to which it has been held invalid or as to which compliance has been restrained, shall remain in full force and effect.
- VALIDITY OF ARTICLES. If any Article or section of this contract or of any appendix hereto should be held invalid by operation of law or by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or if compliance with or enforcement of any article or section should be restrained, by such tribunal pending a final determination as to its validity, the remainder of this contract and of any appendix thereto, or the application of such Article or section, to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it has been held invalid or as to which compliance with or enforcement of has been restrained shall not be affected thereby.
- VALIDITY OF ARTICLES. In the event of legislation being enacted subsequent to the signing of this Agreement, invalidating the application of any Article or Appendix hereto, the relevant Section only of this Agreement shall be nullified.
- VALIDITY OF ARTICLES. In the event that any Article or Section of an Article is held invalid or enforcement of or compliance with which has been restrained as above set forth, the parties affected thereby shall enter into immediate negotiations, upon the request of the ASSOCIATION or the District, for purposes of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement for such Article or Section during the period of invalidity or restraint.
- VALIDITY OF ARTICLES. A. If any Articles of this or of any supplement hereto should be held invalid by operation of law or by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction. or if or enforcement of any should be restrained by such tribunal pending a final as to the remainder of this Agreement and of any supplement thereto, or the application of such Article to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it has been invalid, or to which compliance with or enforcement has been restrained, shall be affected thereby. The Company agrees that all conditions of employment to hours of work,overtime and general working conditions In effect prior to certification by the Union and/or the of the Company and the Union signing the collective agreement covering that Company and/or scope of operations, shall be maintained at not than the standards in effect at the of signing of that agreement.
- VALIDITY OF ARTICLES. In the event that any Article or Section of an Article is held invalid or enforcement of or compliance with which has been restrained as above set forth, the parties affected thereby shall enter into immediate negotiations, upon the request of the CSMA or the District, for purposes of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement for such Article or Section during the period of invalidity or restraint.
