- OTHER UNION CONTROVERSY. 19.01 The Union agrees that in the event the Company becomes involved in a controversy with any other Union, the Union will do all in its power to help effect a fair settlement and the Union will not participate in any sympathetic cessation of work or slowdown program while the controversy is being settled.

- OTHER UNION CONTROVERSY. 5.01 During the life of this Agreement, there shall be no lock-out by the Company or any strike, sit-down, slow-down, work stoppage, or suspension of work either complete or partial for any reason by the Employees.
- OTHER UNION CONTROVERSY. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement or cause for discharge of any employee, in the performance of his duties, to refuse to cross a legal picket line recognized by the Union.
