Van Use. District-owned vans may be used to transport students on field trips, providing that all students for a particular activity shall be transported in one van only and the total number of students must be able to be seated legally in the one van.
Van Use. The Board may use vans to transport students in accordance with the law, as long as contracted bargaining unit drivers operate the vans in accordance with all the rules and provisions set forth in this Agreement. When no bargaining unit driver is available to drive a van (not to exceed 8 passengers), a coach or an administrator may drive the van.
